scheduled to announce financial results for the second quarter of fiscal
2014 on Monday, May 19, 2014 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Company management will host a public conference call on Tuesday, May
20, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss Photronics' quarterly
