announce financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2011 on
Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
Company management will host a public conference call on Wednesday,
August 17, 2011 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss Photronics'
