BROOKFIELD, Connecticut April 25, 2006 -- Photronics, Inc. (Nasdaq:PLAB), a worldwide leader in supplying innovative imaging technology solutions for the global electronics industry, today announced that it is scheduled to meet with investors at the 2006 Merrill Lynch Tech Gathering in New York at the Palace Hotel on Wednesday, May 3, 2006 from 8:45 a.m. ET through 5:00p.m. ET. While presentations will not be webcasted, slides that the Company plans to use during these meetings can be accessed on the Company's website at www.photronics.com.
