Regulation FD.
|
Photronics, Inc.’s (the “Registrant”) wholly-owned subsidiary in Cheonan, Korea experienced a power outage on August 15, 2022. Power at the facility was
restored within one day but the facility was not fully operational for nearly two weeks. While the facility is fully operational as of the date of this current report on Form 8-K, the loss of power will have a financial impact on the fourth
quarter. This financial impact was factored into our fourth quarter guidance.
