On December 13, 2019, Photronics, Inc. (the “Company”) was informed that Dr. Liang-Choo Hsia, a director of the Company, will retire from the board of directors of the
Company, effective as of the date of the Company’s next annual meeting of shareholders. Accordingly, Dr. Hsia will not stand for reelection at the Company’s next annual meeting of shareholders.
